Trainees review BLS fundamentals, then advance to cardiac rhythm interpretation, electrical therapy, ventilatory support, and emergency pharmacology. Interactive modules allow participants to practice as team leaders and responders during megacode events. Emphasis is placed on critical thinking, protocol familiarity, and smooth team coordination.
