The Swiss Air Chicago Office was above and beyond what I had expected, especially when it came to customer service. Not only were they efficient, but they were also very courteous as they helped me with the changes to my itinerary. It was very smooth and convenient. I would highly recommend their in-person service for those who want to make their travel planning as stress-free as possible. I felt like I was very important as a customer.
