Lacta Consult is a professional lactation and postpartum support practice in Ottawa, led by Roshena Moledina, RN, BScN, IBCLC, with 15+ years of maternal-child health experience. We provide personalized, evidence-based support for prenatal and postpartum feeding, complex feeding challenges, pumping, milk supply, flange fitting, and postpartum care. One-on-one workshops are also available for antenatal hand expression and introducing solids. Virtual consultations are offered across Canada, with in-person services throughout the Ottawa area.
