Sildalist 120mg contains two active ingredients: sildenafil citrate and tadalafil (20 mg), both belonging to a class of medications known as phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. These compounds work by relaxing the smooth muscles of the blood vessels and increasing blood flow to the penile tissues during s*xual stimulation. This increased circulation facilitates the achievement and maintenance of a firm erection. However, Sildalist 120mg does not induce s*xual arousal on its own and requires s*xual stimulation to be effective.
